The video

The video is narrated and captioned in Hebrew; the transcript below is in English.

Checkers

Checkers inside the room, in three styles: flying king, English and international. Capturing is mandatory in every style, the board offers only legal moves, and the server decides a win or a draw.

How to start

  1. In a game room: tap "New table", choose Checkers and invite a player from the room. In a regular room, whoever manages the game starts it.
  2. Whoever opens the game picks the "Checkers style" (details below). Default: flying king.
  3. The invited player taps "I'll play" — they have 60 seconds. The server draws who starts.

How to play

  1. On your turn, tap a piece and then a square. The board offers only legal moves.
  2. When a capture is possible, you must capture.
  3. A piece that reaches the last row becomes a king.
  4. Each turn has 2 minutes.

What you choose at the start

English checkers8×8 board, 12 pieces per side. A regular man captures only forward, a king moves one square, and crowning stops the move.
International draughts10×10 board, 20 pieces per side. A piece captures backwards too, kings fly, and you must choose the longest capture sequence. A piece is crowned only if the move ends on the last row.
